• Worked as a gym trainer for 4 to 5 years from age 18
• Started Personal Training at age 22
• Experienced for over 20years now
• Initiated Online Training at age 31
Started with the Online Personal Training as it's my Passion to train & transform people at various places. I started these Online Personal Training so I can reach out to the clients who are in need of my services & travelling for me was time consuming.

Introduced me to more clients as I always Loved my job & I Delivered as Promised. With my Sincerity & Passion of Transforming my clients; I became FAMOUS. So I still believe in WORD OF MOUTH.

In year 2000 got selected in GLADRAGS MANHUNT FOR NORTHERN REGION and won the title of Mr PHYSIQUE
JOURNEY FROM A NORMAL TRAINER TO A RESULT ORIENTED TRAINER
In the initial days of Personal Training I was very casual, focused more on myself & my body. Then I met this lady & trained her. She came down from 97 kilos to 57.5 kilos. So that was my turning point.
HOW I BECAME AN ONLINE TRAINER?
My girlfriend challenged me that it was Impossible (I AM POSSIBLE) to train her MOTHER & reduce her weight as she suffered from PARALYSIS in 2004, due to which she gained a lot of weight being an athlete. Hence, I took that as a challenge in year 2013 & with my Passion to train her plus her Dedication she lost from 86 kilos to 62 kilos. So if she could fight at age 57 with PARALYSIS by MY ASSISTANCE "SO CAN YOU".

In this training the Trainer will come to your place & train you personally for specific time period & will prepare a diet plus workout schedules
2) ONLINE TRAINING
In this you get a workout schedule & a diet schedule online.
Everyday a TRAINEE has to UPDATE THE TRAINER.
A TRAINEE CAN BE WRONG AT TIMES BUT A TRAINER SHOULDN’T BE WRONG EVEN ONCE
